We can now accept credit card payments through our online join page, however MasterCard is not an option at this time. If you are still rebilling through
the old system at CCBill.com, that should be okay for the time being as well, although it’s impossible to say how long that will last.

Now that my regular income is no longer stable due to the recent credit card industry events, I need your support now more than ever to stay in production of new erotic hypnosis sessions after I complete my Burning Desires Erotic Hypnosis Stage Show Tour next week.

I’ve found an offshore billing solution, and it appears that I will be able to accept credit cards again shortly.

I would still encourage people to send mail in orders by July 1, 2008 for the following reasons:

a) The new online payment solution is still untested. Until I’ve received some checks from them, I can’t be absolutely sure.

b) They require paperwork for payout (business license, etc) that I have, but I do not have with me while on my Burning Desires Erotic Hypnosis Show Tour. So it will still be a few weeks before I will be eligible to receive payouts.

c) Because of the disruption in cash flow, for me to be able to keep producing new material once the existing material runs out (approximately at the end of this month), I need a cash infusion.

d) While the transaction fee with this new company is better (they keep 1 out of every 10 dollars that I make) thank CCBill (they kept 1 out of every 7 dollars I made), with a mail in order 100% goes to my company.

e) You get a better deal. If we reach the fundraising goals specified in an earlier hypnofocus.com post, everyone who mails in a membership will get the appropriate free additional membership time.

In short, things are looking up. After 8 and a half years of producing quality and genuine erotic hypnosis material, I’m not letting go without putting up a fight. However, if you want to support the creation of more material, now is definitely the time to show your support. Be sure to mail in your memberships today, and don’t forget to choose the three month membership option!

One of my website members wrote in to ask me if people who have paid for subscriptions via credit card before would have to mail in ID again.

Initially my response was “yes,” in the interest of being extra safe.

One of the things that you learn after 8 and a half years in a politically unpopular line of work is that it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

However, in further analysis, I have determined that it is unnecessary. The first credit card transaction satisfies all future COPPA age verification requirements for that person in my opinion, and I am fully prepared to stand up in front of a judge in a court of law in support of that opinion.

So, I will be creating a Database stored under heavy encryption for purposes of age verification. I will then be setting up a procedure so that people who have paid via credit card in the past will not have to mail in IDs.

For the time being, if you wish to place a mail-in order, and want to confirm that you do not need to send in id, then send me an e-mail using any of my website mail in forms.

Age verification is an important part of COPPA, which is a law in the United States that relates to protecting children on the Internet.

In this law, there is language relating to what forms an adult can give consent for their children’s activity on the Internet. However, the flip side of this law, also clearly specifies ways that adults can prove that they are adults, which is necessary for age verification.

According to the FTC, in this FAQ, there are four ways of doing this:

Provide a form to print, fill out, sign, and mail or fax back to you (the “print-and-send” method).

Require the use of a credit card in connection with a transaction (which could consist of a membership or subscription fee, a purchase, or a charge to cover the cost of processing the credit card).

Maintain a toll-free telephone number staffed by trained personnel for to call in.

Obtain consent through an email, if that email contains a digital signature, or other digital certificate that uses public key technology obtained through one of the above methods.

In the adult industry, the most common form used is the Credit Card for proof of age. However, now that this is no longer an option for erotic hypnosis, COPPA becomes a very real issue. That is why I am making use of the first method, the mail in form.

On my mail in form, there is a statement that is a declaration of proof of age. We then take it one step further, and ask for a photocopy of government issued I.D. You’re welcome to darken out the license number, the picture. However the name, and the date of birth need to be visible. Also, enough of the structure of the I.D. it’s self needs to be left that a reasonable person would look at it and conclude that it is a photocopy of legitimate government issued I.D.

Once I have received it, and have verified the age, we will add this information to a list of certified adults, and then shred and destroy the photocopy of government issued I.D. At which point, you won’t have to send this information again, you’ll be free to purchase any product or service offered by my company.

Over time, we will explore the prospect of offering the other methods of age verification, including credit cards. While we may not be able to use them to conduct erotic hypnosis transactions, we may still be able to conduct other transactions, such as a $1.00, one time age verification convenience fee. Or something along those lines.

This is a little more work than what you may have been accustomed to in the past. However, it is absolutely necessary. Without doing this, the first time a teenager mails in a check from Florida, I go to jail and the website gets shut down.

I take the responsibility to restrict access to minors very seriously, and by following this procedure, we will be in full compliance with COPPA.

My ability to accept new memberships online via CCBill is now finished. Existing members will be able to continue to renew their recurring memberships for the time being. I do not know how long this will last. They were unable to give me any guarantees.

As such, I’ve now officially switched HypnoGames, HypnosisFetish, and HypnoSlave to our mail in PDF form.

Sure it’s going to take a little longer than online payments. However, that is the world we live in right now while I work on a plan to identify the people responsible at MasterCard, and convince them that they have made a terrible error.

Your support is more important now than it’s ever been before, because I have a series of shoots scheduled for HypnosisFetish and HypnoSlave at the conclusion of my Burning Desires Erotic Hypnosis Stage Show Tour, in which I’ve already done 5 out of 15 shows.

It would be unfortunate to have to cancel those sessions. However, with the support of all the people who enjoy my websites, there can be plenty of mail in orders waiting for me when I finish my erotic hypnosis stage show tour in two weeks. Fifty people mailing in an order for a 3 month subscription will insure that I will have the tools that I need to film enough material to have an update for those three months.

I’ve been around for 8 and a half years. Right now, I’m on tour traveling through Canada and giving orgasms to a lot of the people that I meet. I’m heavily involved in a twice a year hypnosis convention. I’ve got more sessions lined up after the tour, and I stand behind my work, putting my name on my shows and my videos.

So ask yourself, when the going gets tough, who has the track record of proven experience running the largest collection on real online erotic hypnosis videos? Who do you think is still going to still be around this time next year? Who has the infrastructure? Who has the experience?

If all that wasn’t enough, I’ll take it one step further. If I get 100 mail in orders for three month memberships by July 1, 2008, I will add an additional month to the length of those memberships to four month memberships.

Additionally, if you send in an order for a three month membership to HypnosisFetish and also a three month membership to HypnoSlave, then that counts as 2 orders out of the 100. Additionally, if you sign up for a 3 month membership to HypnoGames (which costs $29.95), that one also counts as well.

If I get 200 mail in three month memberships by July 1, 2008, then I will add an additional months to the length of those memberships, bringing the total up to five month memberships.

If I get 300 mail in three month memberships by July 1, 2008, then I will add an additional month to the length of those memberships, bringing the total up to six month memberships.

So it’s really not the end of the world. Right now I’ve got a ton of bandwidth with the new server co-location, and I’ve got a lot of girls who want to get hypnotized. I have new and improved sets, and I’m filming everything with a High Definition camera. So, to hell with MasterCard… They want to eliminate our fetish? I say that we respond with one of the largest bursts of production that I’ve ever done.

This is my vision, but I can’t do it without you.
